How long do products take to be delivered?

We use couriers to ship our prints. Overseas deliveries are dispatched by air freight. We provide you with tracking information so that you can follow your order.

Overall Lead Times:

NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA Metro: 1 - 2 weeks
NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA Regional: 2 - 3 weeks
WA / NT / TAS All Area: 3 - 4 weeks

• The overall lead times include both production and transit times.

• Excluded from the lead times are holiday closure periods and public holidays.

• The lead times above are an estimate only, no guarantees are provided.

• Almost all our photo prints are custom made to order, certain products may take longer to produce than others.

• If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it.

• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.

• Delivery usually occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, contact us if you need a special arrangement.

Duties and taxes:

When you order products for international delivery, be aware that your purchase might attract extra charges and customs duties. As the receiver, it's your responsibility to cover any taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. Customs will hold your parcel until these fees are paid. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates for these additional costs, so it's important to familiarise yourself with these potential costs before completing your order.

What materials do we use for our prints?

We exclusively print on a metallic pearl, exhibition quality, 260 gsm paper. This is a better quality paper than some of our well known competitors!

This paper gives you amazing glossy metallic reflections highlighting vibrant colours with a pearlescent finish and providing incredible image clarity.

Each print truly comes to life with a ‘wow’ factor and a three-dimensional look.
